Welcome to The Friendly Yogi, an online community for all bodies and levels of yoga experience! I'm Alia, a recovering attorney turned yoga teacher and studio owner in Austin, TX. My mission is to make the yoga world a friendlier place through my body-inclusive teaching. I also focus on teaching yoga to heal + prevent burnout, because we could all use some help in that department!
