Are you new to yoga or looking for a refresher? Then you're in the right place, because I designed this course with you in mind! Organized in an easy-to-follow, sensible structure, this course is designed for people who are looking for clear, detailed instruction on how to safely practice yoga from the comfort of your own home. Maybe the idea of trying something brand new in a studio full of pretzels who already know what they're doing doesn't seem appealing. Or maybe you've been intimidated away from trying it by the crazy stuff you've seen on Instagram. Or maybe you HAVE tried a class or two, but they were NOT beginner-friendly (despite being advertised as such) and so you gave up. Or maybe you used to practice yoga, but it's been awhile and you want a refresher before diving back into full-length practices again! Whatever your yoga story is so far, this series of short, easy-to-follow tutorial videos will provide you the foundation you need to feel confident in any beginner-level flow class. The course is broken down into bite-sized tutorials that allow you to get comfortable and confident with the poses and concepts, followed by short sequences that allow you to put your new knowledge to work. AND, I'll also teach you how to use props to customize the poses to your body, and give you different options to choose from so you can figure out how to feel your best during your yoga practice!
